If you become a customer, we may retain appointment, work and payment records needed to provide the service and manage the business.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, prepare a quote and take steps at your request before entering a contract. If work is agreed, we use the information to perform that contract and maintain necessary business records. We rely on our legitimate interests to keep the service secure, prevent spam and understand website performance where you have allowed optional analytics. Where consent is required for analytics storage, you can withdraw it at any time.

Information you need to provide

Your name, email address, message and acknowledgement of this notice are required to send an online enquiry. Without them, we cannot receive or respond to the form. A telephone number and service selections are optional. Acknowledging this notice confirms that you have read it; it is not the lawful basis for responding to your request.

Who receives it?

Enquiries are delivered through Resend, our transactional email provider. Our hosting and technical service providers may also process limited information to operate and secure the website. If enabled and accepted, Google Analytics processes website usage information. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

International transfers

Resend and Google may process information in the United States. Before either service is enabled, we confirm the transfer mechanism that applies to our account. This may be the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or contractual safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep information

Enquiries received in our business mailbox are normally deleted within 12 months if they do not lead to work. Records connected with completed work and financial transactions are normally kept for up to seven years where needed for tax, accounting, insurance or legal purposes. Pseudonymised form security records are automatically removed after one hour. Analytics retention is controlled in the Google Analytics property settings.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
