Gutter Clearance

Close inspection lets us spot issues and provide photo evidence. Minor repairs can often be completed there and then, helping to prevent damage to your property.

Leaves, moss and silt are removed so rainwater can move through the system again. Working close to the gutter also allows joints, brackets and outlets to be checked during clearance.

We can provide photographs where useful and will flag defects that need attention. Straightforward minor corrections may be possible during the visit once agreed.

How long will carpets or upholstery take to dry?

Drying times are advised based on the job. Fibre or fabric type, the cleaning method, room temperature, ventilation and the amount of work required can all affect drying. Mark will explain what to expect and how to help the cleaned area dry safely.

Do I need to move furniture before cleaning?

This depends on the room and what is being cleaned. Mark will agree what needs moving before the appointment. Small items are normally best removed in advance, while larger furniture can be discussed as part of the quote.

Can every stain be removed?

Many stains can be removed or greatly improved, but no responsible cleaner can guarantee every mark will disappear. The material, stain type, age and previous treatments all matter. Mark will assess problem areas and set realistic expectations before work begins.

Are the cleaning products suitable for homes with children and pets?

The cleaning solutions are selected with children, pets and the material being cleaned in mind. Mark will explain any ventilation, drying or temporary access advice that applies to your particular job.
